Liked the place, brilliant for a wedding celebration. The breakfast was satisfactory by a charming waitress, the staff was efficient. The location was stunning, for example, West Pier was at a moderate distance from the hotel. Had a good stay here.

The hotel has a good location, directly on the promenade. Breakfast was good.
The room was quite old and lived in. The windows were very dirty, so that we had nothing from the lateral sea view.

Recommend it for solo travelers on a budget
I really appreciated the large shower room in my single room, it seemed like a spa after a long day The complimentary cookies with tea made the rainy day a bit brighter
It wasn't exactly cheap but for what you get, it's still acceptable

Location
There was no air conditioning and the window could only be opened 10cms. We got great weather during our trip but this resulted in the room being like an oven. The hotel did supply a fan which made our second night bearable... just.

The shower was like having someone pour water from A teaspoon on you and was perfetic! The sink blocked when washing your hands and brushing teeth. The bed moved as soon as you sat on it. The rooms require a re vamp.. ASAP!
